7. Troubleshooting
Problem
Won't turn on. • Please ensure that the EP725 is charged.
Can't find the EP725. • Confirm that the EP725 is in pairing mode
and within 10 meters of the device.
Can't install the driver
• Update the driver of the Bluetooth module
for EP725 on a computer. on your computer.
The sound quality is • Disable the Wi-Fi on your source device.
• Ensure that EP725 is within 10m from
intermittent in
source device
Bluetooth mode.
No sound. • Check the volume on both the source
device and the EP725.
Can't pair the EP725. • Confirm that the EP725 is not paired to
another device.
• Delete the EP725 from your device's
Bluetooth list.
• Press and hold the + and - buttons
simultaneously for 5 seconds and then
turn off the EP725. Then, switch the
EP725 back on to enter pairing mode.
