The 1390L FM/MW/LW Tuner incorporates the latest technology and
design with digital phase-locked loop frequency synthesizer. The 1390L
utilizes a number of innovations to ensure stable, noise-free FM reception
in both strong and weak signal areas. This unit has connectors to allow
direct interface with Alpine new controller (the 5953) which provides
connections to the CD changer (the 5952) and your existing car audio
system.
This manual has been prepared to help you maximize your enjoyment
of the outstanding performance and features of your new Alpine 1390L.
Please read this manual thoroughly to familiarize yourself with each
feature and function.
Note: Names of the units are indicated in this manual as follows:

@ A. MEMO (Auto Memory)
In the A. MEMO mode, 6 strongest stations will be automatically stored in memory for
each band.
@ D.A.P. (Direct Access Preset)
D.A.P. allows the storage of FM, MW and LW presets on the same band, eliminating
the need to press the TUNER/BAND button. Up to 6 FM, MW and LW stations can be
mixed in the D.A.P. Band.
@ Preset Address
The indicator on any of LiteTouch™ preset buttons will light when you press them.
This lets you know which preset station is on.
@ LITETOUCH™ 30-STATION PRESETS
