OUTER CLEANING
WARNING! TURN OFF POWER SUPPLY TO THE CABINET BY DISCONNECTING
THE POWER PLUG BEFORE CLEANING.
For a good preservation of the cabinet's body a periodical cleaning is necessary.
1.
EXTERNAL BODY: When necessary, the external body should be cleaned with a cloth
and a neutral soap and water solution.
2.
STAINLESS STEEL SURFACES: Wash with warm water and mild detergent, rinse well and
dry with soft cloth. Avoid scouring pads etc. which will spoil the finish of the stainless steel.
3.
SURFACES IN PLASTIC MATERIAL: Wash with warm water and mild detergent, rinse
well and dry with soft cloth; under no circumstances should alcohol, methylated spirits
or solvents be used.
4.
GLASS SURFACES: Only use products specifically designed for glass cleaning; It is not
advisable to use ordinary water which can leave a film of calcium on the surface of the glass.

TEMPERATURE SETTING AND CONTROL
Adjust the storage temperature through the temperature controller located in the internal
of case (see the picture), adjust the temperature accordingto the ambient temperature and
foodstuff. See the following picture about the knob scale.
The temperature adjustable capacity is from "1-5", adjust the storage temperature by turning
the temperature controller clockwise. The higher of the number shows the lower of storage
temperature.
The knob can turn freely but can't turn clockwise from "5" to "1".
Factory setting position is on "3". Check if scale is on an appropriate position before using,
frequent adjustment is not appropriate when using. The position "0" represent stop running.
