(1) Trap Door Assembly
(1) Platform Frame
(1) Plan Table Assembly
(8) Snap Pins
(1) Magnetic Lip
STEP 1
Identify all components according to chart above. If
any components are missing or damaged, contact
manufacturer.
STEP 2
Attach each side brace (C) and (D) to end frames (A)
at the desired platform height. Be sure the locking
pins on each side brace are fully locked in the end
frame at all 4 locations (See Fig. A)
STEP 3
Install snap pins (I) thru end frames (A) and side
brace (C) (D) at all 4 locations. Orient as shown in Fig.
D.
STEP 4
Install trap door assembly (F), platform frame (G) and
plan table assembly (H) so that it is fully seated and
level in both side braces (C) (D). Be sure the deck
pins are in the engaged position. (See Fig. B)
STEP 5
Install 4 casters (E) into both end frames (A) and
secure with snap pins (I). See Fig. C
STEP 6
The magnetic lip is used to prevent contents from
plans table from sliding. Magnetic lip can be stored
inside front facing portion of side brace. Remove
magnetic lip from platform top before climbing
scaffold.

• Side braces must be level and locked before using.

• Storage shelving maximum load support 100lbs per plank
