2 - Assembly instructions
Once you have assembled your gas barbecue, place it on a stable and sturdy construction.

Check that the four pins (114) are not out of plumb.

When fi tting your barbecue, be careful of the piping fi xtures (501) and dripping-pan (081).

Never place the barbecue directly on the ground.

Place your barbecue on a stable and sturdy construction.

Your built structure should be large enough to house the barbecue.

Leave a 150mm gap between the edge of the drum and any brickwork.
Please use non-fl ammable material for your support building (bricks, tiles, stanless steel, ...)
When fi tting your barbecue, be careful not to knock or damage the piping fi xtures (501).

The gas pipe must be accessible along its full length; do not set the pipe in the brickwork.
Make sure that the fat/oil collector is accessible and can be easily removed from the drum. This
fat/oil collector must be cleaned every time you use the barbecue.

Do not seal or brick in the barbecue drum. Leave enough room for the air to circulate around
it (150mm) to avoid the appliance overheating and to ensure the correct function of the gas
section.

If you place your barbecue on a table. Use a table covered with a non-fl ammable material (such
as tiles, fi re brick, stainless steel plate, tempered safety glass etc.).
Never place your barbecue on a table covered with a fl ammable material (such as plastics or
wooden materials etc.)
Protect your barbecue from the weather by covering it with a lid or using a suitable protective
cover (not supplied) once the barbecue has cooled completely.
