9. OPERATION
9.1 SWITCH ON/OFF
Make sure the battery pack is installed.
To switch on the tool, press the switch lock (5) first and then squeeze the on/off lever (6)
on the grip.
Release the on/off lever (6) to switch the tool off.
WARNING: Failure to unplug your machine could result in
accidental starting, causing serious injury
10. GENERAL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Always wear safety goggles during your work.
• Hold the angle grinder with both of your hands on the provided handles.
• Do not touch the material to be cut or grinded, before the angle grinder reaches its
maximum speed.
• Start your job only after the maximum speed has been reached.
• ATTENTION: The disc will run out slowly! Pull down the angle grinder only after the disc
has come to a complete stop.
11. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION! Remove the battery before cleaning or maintenance.
11.1 CLEANING
Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine.
Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the
ventilation slots free from dust and dirt.
If the dirt does not come off, use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water.
Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These
solvents may damage the plastic parts.
11.2 MAINTENANCE
A periodic inspection of the angle grinder prevents problems.
Store the tool in a dry room.
Repair and maintenance work must only be carried out by authorized technical personnel.
