Possible cause/solution
Check whether the appliance is connected to a functioning socket.

The air inlet grilles are dirty → clean them if necessary
The air outlet is blocked/covered → Check the air outlet and remove any dirt.
The filter is dirty → Check the filter, clean it if necessary
The water in the tank is dirty/has been in the tank for too long → Remove the
tank, clean it and fill it with fresh water.
Not enough water in the tank → Check the fill level and pour fresh water into
the tank.
