Turn fifteen ANGLED HEAD CAM SCREWS (16) into the
exact holes shown in the TOP (TT).

Then, insert two SHORT WOOD DOWELS (20) into the
exact holes shown in the TOP (TT).

Fasten the remaining TOP RAIL (R) to the TOP (TT). Use two
BLACK 1-1/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (29).

NOTE: Be sure the SHORT WOOD DOWELS in the TOP
insert into the holes in the TOP RAIL.
