Pull it to the left, lifting it slightly to disengage its support
wire from the hooks. (Fig. 2) To refit it, insert the 2 pins and
the rectangular plate into the socket on the right-hand side
of the cookbox. Push to the right, without applying too much
force and re-engage the support wire onto its hooks.

The cookbox bottom is also removable for easy cleaning.
Lift it up slightly using the handle (A) and pull it to the left
to extract it. Take care not to hit the thermostat probe (B).

You can manually clean it or place it in a dishwasher. After
cleaning, refit it by inserting the slot on the right into the
corresponding shape of the barbecue base. Take care not
to hit the thermostat probe (B). Once in place, press gently
on handle (A) to lock it in place. (Fig. 4)
