When the omni-directional chain brake system is activated and stops the saw, the
brake icon
will be flashing on the LCD screen (Fig. 13). Release the trigger switch,
remove the saw chain and guide bar from the wood, then restart the chain saw.
NOTE:
The sensors will only detect sudden motion of the saw in the plane of the
guide bar. The sensors will not detect any sudden motion of the saw sideways (i.e.,
perpendicular to the plane of the guide bar).

1. Download the EGO Connect app for free from Apple App Store or Google Play.
