Vacuum motor does not run.
Little or no solution flow.

Main circuit breaker has tripped.
Faulty vacuum motor or wiring.
Worn carbon brushes.
Solution switch is not activated.
Solution line or solution tank filter is
clogged.
Solution valve or solenoid is clogged.
Faulty solution switch or solenoid.
Solution flow adjustment knob needs
adjusting.
ESt Option: ESt filter is clogged.
ESt Option: Faulty ESt pump.
Batteries not fully charged.
Bad cell in one or more batteries.
Batteries need maintenance.
Faulty charger.
Recovery tank is full and ball float has
been activated.
Ball float screen inside recovery tank
is clogged.
Clogged squeegee.
Worn squeegee blades.
Loose squeegee thumbscrews.
Vacuum hose connections are loose
or hose has a hole.
Clogged vacuum hose.
Recovery tank inlet hole is obstructed.
Defective tank gasket.
Loose drain hose plug.
Recovery tank lid not in place.
Loose vacuum motor.
Battery charge level is low.

OPERATION
Contact Service Center.
Remove obstruction and reset circuit
breaker button.
Contact Service Center.
Contact Service Center.
Turn on solution switch.
Remove hose and blow compressed
air through it. Flush solution tank after
each use.
Remove valve or solenoid and clean.
Do not scratch inside of valve.
Contact Service Center.
Turn solution flow adjustment knob to
desired setting.
Remove and clean ESt filter.
Contact Service Center.
Charge batteries.
Replace battery.
See BATTERY MAINTENANCE.
Repair or replace battery charger.
Empty recovery tank.
Remove screen and clean.
Clean squeegee.
Replace squeegee blades.
Tighten thumbscrews.
Push hose cuffs firmly on connections.
Replace hose if damaged.
Remove clogged debris.
Empty recovery tank and tilt tank side-
ways to access inlet hole, remove ob-
struction.
Replace gasket.
Tighten drain plug.
Properly position lid.
Contact Service Center.
Charge batteries. Do not run machine
when battery meter is in the red zone.
