persons to touch the machine or power cable while it is running.
Do not overload tool – use it only within the performance range it was designed for.

7 DUST COLLECTION BAG INSTRUCTIONS
Polyethylene dust collection bags of 0.10 mm minimum thickness must be used.When
using dust collection bags made of other materials, these must have the same strength
against mechanical damage.
Use dust collection bags of about 600 × 900 mm.
Empty the dust collection bag when it is about 4/5 full.
8 ASSEMBLY
8.1
Mounting the fan housing supports (FIG B & C)
1. (FIG B) Place the fan housing (7), with the motor facing down, on a workbench or
similar stable support and set it level with a block of wood or similar Loosen 2 of 3
hexagon nuts and washers on both side of the ventilator housing. Guide the two side
panels (8) over the bolts with the adhesive label pointing outwards. Fit all washers and re-
tighten all nuts on the ventilator housing.
2. (FIG C) Install the cross plate (10) between the side panels using carriage bolts and hex
flange nuts.
8.2
Support base assembly (FIG D,E & F)
1. (FIG D) Mount the 2 wheels by a clip ring to the base frame, and put on the wheel
cover.
2. (FIG E) Fixing the base plate to the base frame with 6 set M5 philips set screws.
3. (FIG F) Place the thus prepared base panel on the side panels and secure with the 4
carriage bolts and hex flange nuts. Then check all screws and nuts for tightness and place
the machine with the castors on the floor.
8.3
Fitting the suction hose (FIG G)
Put the hose clamp (14) on one end of the suction hose (15), then push the hose on the
suction port below the motor. Tighten the hose clamp.
8.4
Fitting the dust collection bag (FIG H)
Clamp the dust collection bag under the fan opening. Fit a sufficiently long and wide dust
collection bag (16) (eg 600 × 900 mm) and tighten it with the clamp (17).
