USE AND CONNECTIONS

The 1K15002 sleeve is convenient for patients up to 100 kg, carried load included.
The 1K15002 sleeve should be installed
- at its end 1a, to any component (A) with a M36x1.5 thread
- at its end 1b, to any male pyramid component (B).

ASSEMBLING / ADJUSTMENT
(Fig. 3a / 3b)
Screw the tapped sleeve (1) on the thread component (A) until you reach
the thread root.
Check that screws (2a) are in the sagittal plane and screws (2b) in the
frontal plane. If they are not so, slightly unscrew the threaded sleeve (1) so
that screws (2a) and (2b) be well positioned.
Caution : Never unscrew the tapped sleeve by more than a quarter
turn. Otherwise the component would be fragile.
Tihgten screw (2c) of the sleeve up to 7.4 Nm.
Proceed to the alignment adjustment.
If one of the screws (2a or 2b) is too short, replace it by one of the 20 mm
long screws included in the pack (fig. 3b).
Apply XC047 adhesive on the pyramid locking screws (2a / 2b) and tighten
them up to a 15 Nm tightening torque.

RECYCLING
The tapped sleeve is made of aluminium alloy and the screws of galvanized steel. Each of these compo-
nents should be recycled according to the laws in force.

VERWENDUNG UND VERBINDUNGEN
Die Buchse 1K15002 ist für Patienten bis zu 100 kg (getragener Last inklusiv)
geeignet..
Der Adapter 1K15002 soll wie folgt verbunden werden :
- am Ende 1a, mit jedem Gewindebestandteil (A) M36x1.5
- am Ende 1b, mit jedem männlichen Pyramidbestandteil (B).

MONTAGE / EINSTELLUNG
Die Gewindebusche (1) in dem Gewindebestandteil (A) bis zum Berühren
des Gewindekerns hineindrehen.

Überprüfen, dass die Schrauben (2a) in der Sagittalebene und die

Schrauben (2b) in der Frontalebene sind. Sonst können Sie die Gewinde-
buschse (1) etwas herausdrehen, so dass die Schrauben (2a) und (2b) gut
positioniert werden.

Vorsicht : Die Gewindebuchse um mehr als eine Vierteldrehung nie heraus-
drehen, denn es könnte zur Zerbrechlichkeit dieses Bestandteils führen.

Die Schraube (2c) der Buchse bis zum Drehmoment 7.4 Nm anziehen.
Die Einstellungen zum Aufbauen der Prothese vornehmen.
Falls eine Schraube (2a oder 2b) zu kurz ist, diese mit einer 20 mm lang
mitgelieferten Schraube ersetzen (Abb. 3b).
Die Anschlagschrauben der Pyramiden (2a / 2b) mit Klebstoff XC047 sichern,
dann diese Schrauben bis zum Drehmoment 15 Nm hineindrehen.

WIEDERVERWERTUNG
Die Gewindebuchse ist aus Aluminiumlegierung und die Schrauben aus verzinktem Stahl. Sie sollen laut
der gültigen Gesetze wiederverwertet werden.
