Detaching the filters
Press the dust cup lid release button. Reach inside the dust cup and twist the bottom
part of the filter assembly clockwise towards the

to remove all of the dirt.
Twist and then pull off the filter lid. Remove the foam filter from the HEPA filter that
is connected to the filter lid.
Clean the dust cup with a damp, soft cloth. Rinse the filter assembly parts and the

Shake off any excess water and dry all parts completely.

To re-assemble the filters, carry out the steps in reverse order. Place the filter assembly

Cleaning the bristle/roller bar and wheels
If the bristle/roller bar or wheels of the motorised brush become
blocked or jammed, turn off the unit.
Cleaning the bristle/roller bar
Press the motorised floor brush release button and separate the motorised floor
brush from the extension tube or main unit.
Use a coin to turn the screw anticlockwise towards the unlock symbol
Pull the right side of the bristle/roller bar, then slide the left side off the pin that
holds it in place.
Regularly remove all hair, fur and debris to ensure your vacuum cleaner maintains
its optimal performance. Use a pair of scissors to carefully remove hair, fur, thread,
or any other items that may have become entangled in the bristle/roller bar. Tap the
bristle/roller bar to remove any dust. If the bristle/roller bar are very dirty, wash them
with water and let them dry completely.

Use a damp cloth the clean the motorised floor brush's housing. Do not immerse it in water.
