WARNING
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or Truper
avoid any risk of considerable shock or accident. The type of cable tie used for this product is type "Y". The construction of
this product is designed in such a way that its electrical insulation is altered by splashing or spilling of liquids during its
operation.
WARNING
Before gaining access to the terminals, all power circuits must be disconnected.

1. Attach the melter and heating sockets. Place the Welding machine on a surface or hold it with one hand, install the sockets on
the tube, fix it tightly with a wrench. Smaller dice go to the front and larger dice to the back.
2. Connect the melter to a power source and use the knob to select one of the 3 temperature levels (the source must be
equipped with an earth leakage protection). It will first turn on the Green bulb and when it reaches the maximum point to start
using it, it will turn on the Red bulb. You can start working once the red light is on.
Welding process
The welding process is safe, fast, hygienic and simple.
Through an electric tool called a Welding machine, the
tube and the connection are heated to 392 ºF and are
joined to form a single, highly resistant, indissoluble piece.
To carry out this process, you must follow these steps:

1. Cut
Cut the tube, preferably with Truper®
pipe cutter to avoid burrs.
Suggestion:
Before introducing the pieces in the
Welding machine it is recommended
to clean the end of the tube and the
connection with a flannel. In addition,
it is important to verify the correct fit of
the sockets on the heating bar of the Welding machine.
