IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY PACK
1. Before using battery pack, read all instructions and cautionary markings on battery charger, battery, and products using
battery.
2. Do not disassemble battery pack.
If operating time has become excessively shorter, stop operating immediately. It may result in a risk of overheating, possible
burns and even an explosion.
3. If electrolyte gets into your eyes, rinse it out with clean water and seek medical attention right away because it may result
in loss of your eyesight.
4. Do not cause short circuit of the battery pack:
• Do not touch the terminals with any conductive material.
• Avoid storing battery pack in a container with other metal objects such as nails, coins,etc.
• Do not expose battery pack to water or rain. A battery short circuit can cause a large current flow, over-heating, possible
burns and even a breakdown of the device.
5. Do not store the tool and battery pack in places where the temperature may reach or exceed 40°C (104° F).
6. Do not burn the battery pack even if it is severely damaged or is completely worn out, because the battery pack can
explode in a fire.
7. Be careful not to drop or strike battery.

1. Before using battery pack, read all instructions and cautionary markings on battery charger, battery, and battery-powered
products.
2. CAUTION: Charge only reachargeable batteries. Other types of batteries may explode, causing personal injury and
property damage.
3. Non-rechargeable batteries cannot be charged with this battery charger.
4. Only use the power source whose voltage is in accordance with the voltage speci ed on the nameplate of the charger.
5. Do not charge the battery pack near flammable liquids or gases.
6. Do not expose charger to rain or snow.
7. Never carry charger by cord or yank it to disconnect from socket.
8. After charging or before attempting any maintenance or cleaning, unplug the charger from the power supply. Pull by
plug rather than cord whenever disconnecting charger from the power supply.
9. Make sure cord is always located in a way that no one will step on on it, trip over by it, or damage it in any way.
Otherwise it could result in property damage and personal injury.
10. Do not operate charger with damaged cord or plug. And replace them immediatiely.
