Observation
Video is unclear
Recorded video is shuttering or shows
memory error.

Potential Cause/Solution
Use a dry cloth to clean the lens.
Download all files from your SD Card on a
PC if any and then format the SD card.
Try using a different SD card.
Remove some of your photos or videos
from your SD card to create space or
download all on a PC, before formatting
the SD card.
Note: By formatting the SD card, you will
lose all existing files.
Press 'OK' to stop the video recording. Try
pressing 'MENU' or other buttons again.
Remove the SD Card and then process a
reset to factory settings. Once you will
process this action, all settings will return
to default ones.
