Charge the appliance

Fully charge the appliance before each use by attaching the
charging cable to the appliance and then plugging the cable
into a power outlet.
NOTE: Charging time is approximately 4 hours for about 240 minutes of
use on a full charge.

Once fully charged, remove the power cord before using.
IMPORTANT: Only use the charging cable provided by the
manufacturer. Do not leave your knife charging for longer than
necessary, as this will reduce your battery life.
WARNING: Never use knife while charging.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make sure the appliance is charged and not connected to the
charger.
2. Ensure that the food to be carved is secured in place, for example,
by using a carving fork.
3. Hold the blade parallel to the cutting surface. Push the safety
switch forward (towards the blades) and simultaneously press the
On/Off trigger at the bottom of the base.
NOTE: your knife will not operate unless you maintain the safety switch
pressed forward
4. Guide the blades carefully through the food, making sure to keep
your hands away from the blades. Make sure there are no
obstructions near the blades, including clothing, other utensils, etc.
NOTE: It is not necessary to use a sawing motion or excessive pressure
when cutting.
5. To stop the blades, release the On/Off trigger.
