The EVER-ecological cooler and system must be cleaned and disinfected at least once a year, as
well as when commissioned, after being shut down for more than one month, or after a repair or
modification affecting the system the water flows through. It must be cleaned and disinfected
whenever dirt, incrustations or sediments are identified.
The removable parts must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by immersing them with
a suitable biocide product and then rinsing with plenty of cold water. Any fixed or difficult-to-
dismantle elements should be covered with a clean cloth soaked in disinfectant for the required
time (depending on the biocide used), and then rinsed thoroughly with water.
Accessing and disassembling the water tank:
• Take down the unit's outer cover by removing the (8) fastening screws.
• Disconnect the water input pipe to the humidity filter.
• Remove the humidity filter.
• Disconnect the cable from the (2) level probes at the top of the water tank.
• Disconnect all water tank pipes:
o Main input to the tank.
o Pump outlet.
• Disconnect the pipe that connects the water tank to the filter.
• Remove the water tank.
Assembly is carried out in reverse order to disassembly.
Tank cleaning and disinfection procedure:
• Thoroughly clean the surfaces, removing any encrustations or adhered substances.
Rinse with water.
• Disinfect with a suitable biocide product.
• Neutralise the biocide by rinsing the tank with plenty of water.
• Fill the tank with potable water and restore normal conditions of use.
