Disused electrical tools and protecting the environment
•
If at some point your electrical tool has been used so much that it must be replaced, or you have no
more use for it, you are obliged to dispose of the electrical tool at a central recycling point.
•
You can receive information about returning your electrical tool from your waste disposal company
or in your municipal administrative office.
•
Electrical tools contain precious re-usable raw materials. You will contribute to supplying precious
raw material for re-use if you take your old tool to a central collection point.
•
Electrical devices also contain materials which may contribute to damaging the environment and
cause harm to people through inappropriate disposal.
The crossed-out dustbin symbol means that the marked device must be brought to a separate
collection point for electric and electronic devices to be recycled.
