Read and observe the enclosed safety instructions carefully before
using a mitre-cutting saw!
Safety instructions for mitre-cutting saws:
• Only use sharp, undamaged saw blades that are appropriate for the
material you wish to work on.
• Do not use the mitre-cutting saw on asbestos. The dust produced
may damage your health.
• Before you start sawing, make sure there are no metallic parts (nails,
screws etc.) in the path along which you will be sawing. Otherwise,
make sure you have removed any metal parts before you start.
• Use the material holder or similar securing equipment to hold the
work piece in place. This is safer than securing the piece by hand.
• Do not touch the saw blade immediately after use, as it can become
very hot—danger of burns!
