Step by step

Install the ball pin. Pull the
ball pin to expand the main
frame.

Install the front and rear
stabilizers.
Loosen the
screws on the stabilizer,
and insert them into the
corresponding slots and
tighten them on each
stabilizer.

Insert the resistance adjustment
piece and knob and fix them with
the screws. Pass the cable through
the bottom pulley between the
main frame. Secure the rope to
the mounting hole on the back of
the tension adjustment knob with
2 screws.

Install the screen. Attach
the retaining bar to the
upper elbow component
with screws. Insert the
display panel into the grip
bar

Install
the
left
and
right
pedals.
Fix
the
left/right pedal to the
corresponding axles (left
pedal with left thread,
right pedal with right
thread).
