We recommend using the most suit-
able strap for each patient. In any
event, for subjects with a large ab-
dominal perimeter, the large strap
size (No. 3) should be used.
Once switched on, you should try to
spend the first minute of study seat-
ed quietly on the edge of the bed,
to gather the baseline parameters.
The module must be
well secured to your
body, but not too tight.
2. Placing the sensors:
Insert the cannula into the nose, pass the tubes behind the ears and adjust the strap under
the chin, so that it is neither too loose nor too tight. Secure the position of the cannula with
adhesive plaster, to prevent it moving during the night.
2.1 Nasal cannula
Remove the protective cap of the nasal flow
connector and put it in the case.
