• Ensure that the cord does not come into contact with hot parts and that it is not
subjected to excessive bending or kinking.
• Turn the on lever to the "Heat" position and wait 15 to 20 minutes before introducing
the food material. This preheating prevents the preparation from condensing due to
contact with cold parts.

USING THE APPLIANCE
The appliance is designed to keep low-density, heat-resistant foodstuffs in a fluid state
and create a flow that drips down the tower discs, generating a decorative fountain
effect: the most suitable foods are chocolate and unripened cheeses. The appliance is
suitable for keeping foods in a fluid state but is not suitable for liquefying them, which
should first be done in a double boiler. Using it to liquefy food is normally ineffective
and could result in considerable spoilage, as well as possible damage to the appliance.
For proper use, proceed as follows:
6) Liquefy the food material in a double boiler until it has a noticeably liquid
consistency, at least comparable to that of honey.
7) Pour the liquefied food material into the accumulation tray, without exceeding the
intermediate rim along the perimeter.
8) Strictly avoid overloading the accumulation tray: doing so endangers the integrity
of the mechanical parts.
9) Turn the on lever to the "Heat motor" position: this starts the auger rotation and
initiates the fountain effect.
10) The food can now be immersed in the accumulation tray and consumed.
• Assemble the unit as shown, inserting the tower (6) into the
flange (7) in sequence, then the tower-flange assembly into
the insertion pins (5). Insert the auger (8) from above into the
tower, with the drilled side facing downwards-

• Check that the on lever is in the central position, then
connect the electrical plug to a wall socket with a regular
upstream earth leakage circuit breaker.
