Tips for optimal use of the appliance:

To make chocolate or cheese more fluid, if the effect is not satisfactory, a
teaspoon of vegetable oil can be added.
•
The most suitable oil is seed oil, which causes less variation in the flavour of the
food.
•
Take care to avoid water coming into contact with the food in the fountain: the
water forms lumps and accumulates in the fluid, worsening the effect and
putting mechanical strain on the appliance.
•
The appliance is also suitable for flavouring chocolate with liqueurs or spirits:
these can also be used instead of vegetable oil to make the chocolate more
fluid.
•
The appliance can also be operated continuously for several hours.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The product does not require maintenance, or rather the replacement of consumable
parts or scheduled overhaul. As a rule, it is sufficient to clean the accumulation plate and
remaining accessories at regular intervals using common dish soap applied with a
sponge and adequate rinsing. All cleaning must absolutely be carried out with the power
cord disconnected and, before reconnecting, you must ensure that all parts are
completely dry. It is advisable to wash the parts while they are still hot, immediately
after stopping: in this way, as the food material is still fluid, cleaning will be much easier
and more effective.
In any case, avoid aggressive detergents, abrasive sponges, iron wool or other chemical
cleaners. For cleaning the body of the appliance, use a damp cloth only when completely
cold.
