1. POWER Button
Press t he POWER but ton on t he remote cont rol to st art or stop
t he unit .
2. HEAT Button
In HEAT mode, warm air will blow out after a short period of
t ime due to t he cold- air prevent ion funct ion. When FAN is set to
AUTO mode, t he heat pump automat ically adjust s t he fan speed
according to room temperat ure. The

3. COOL Button
In COOL mode, t he heat pump will blow cool air. When FAN is
set to AUTO, t he heat pump automat ically adjust s t he fan speed

4. DRY Button
DRY mode is used for dehumidificat ion. In DRY mode, when room
temperat ure becomes lower t han set t ing temperat ure +2°F, t he
Heat Pump will run intermit tent ly at LOW speed regardless of FAN
set t ing. The crossed out water droplet will be displayed during
DRY mode.
5. SPEED Button
Wit h each press of t he SPEED but ton, t he fan speed changes
as follows: LOW- MID- HI-AUTO. The remote cont rol display will
show t he fan icon. Hold t he SPEED but ton for 10 seconds to go
into FAN mode. Press any ot her but ton to exit t his funct ion.

6. TURBO Button
The TURBO funct ion is used for speeding up t he air flow to
highest speed in heat ing and cooling mode. The user interface will
display t he "TURBO" icon. Pressing t he TURBO again or SPEED
but ton will exit t he Turbo funct ion.
7. QUIET Button
The QUIET funct ion is used for lowing t he fan speed to t he
lowest speed. The cont rol will display t he QUIET icon on t he user
interface. Pressing t he QUIET but ton again or t he SPEED but ton
will exit t he QUIET funct ion.
8. TEMP +/ - Button
TEMP + : The set t ing temperat ure will increase 1°F (0.5°C) when
pressed. TEMP - : The set t ing temperat ure will decrease 1°F
(0.5°C) when pressed. The range of operat ing temperat ure is
60°F- 86°F (16°C- 30°C).
9. MOTION SENSOR
Press t he MOTION SENSE but ton to act ivate Mot ion Sense mode.
Eco will be displayed on t he screen. If after 20 minutes no person
is detected in t he room, t he unit will enter t he Eco mode. In t his
mode t he unit will decrease t he temperat ure set point 1°F (0.5°C)
every 10 minutes in heat mode unt il it reaches 68°F (20°C) or
increase t he temperat ure set point 1°F (0.5°C) every 10 minutes in
cooling mode unt il it reaches 78°F (26°C) or above. Accumulated
increase or decrease will not exceed 4°F (2° C). If mot ion sensor
detect s mot ion in t he room, it will exit t he Eco mode and change
t he temperat ure or t he original set point immediately. If t he set
temperat ure is below 68°F (20°C) while in heat ing mode or 78°F
(26°C) while in cooling mode, t his funct ion will not be able to
change temperat ure furt her.
