children, other people and animals do not enter the
working area.
2.4. ELECTRICAL SECURITY
The mains must coincide with the electrical cable of
the machine. Do not manipulate the electrical cable
or the mains in any case. Mains and cables that have
not been manipulated will reduce the risks of electric
shocks.
Avoid all body contact with pipes, radiators, electric
kitchens and refrigerators. There is an increased risk
of electric shock if your body is in contact with earthed
products or materials.
Do not expose the machine to rain or humid
conditions. Any water or liquid entering the machine
will increase the risk of electric shock.
Do not overstretch the cable. Do not use the cable
to carry the machine or to pull off from the mains.
Maintain the cable well away from heat sources,
oil, sharp and jagged areas or pieces in movement.
Cables that are damaged or tangled increase the risk
of electric shocks.
Never use this machine with the cable or the mains
switch damaged. Before start up, always check the
mains and the cable for any damages. If you see
any possible damage, do not start the machine and
either repair the machines or take the machine for
repair. Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk of
electric shocks.
The change of the mains switch and/or of the cable
must be carried out by the manufacturer or by the
after sales service. We recommend that the machine
should be connected to a residual differential
connector that is less or up to 30mA.
Never use the machine in a damaged electrical
mains or with a damaged cable and that do not meet
the requirements and standards necessary for this
machine. When using an extra electrical cable, make
sure that its minimun section is 2,5 mm2 and that it
is adequate for outdoor use. The use of a prolongator
adequate for outdoor use will highly reduce the risk of
electrical shocks.
Place the cable prolongator in such a way that it does
not get tangled with branches and other objects in the
working area. The cable prolongator must always be
behind the user.
Always disconnect the cable from the mains before
doing any maintenance work on the machine. Only
manipulate the machine when disconnected from the
mains.
2.5. USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE
Only cut wood. Do not use the machine for any
other uses. For example, do not use the machine to
cut plastic materials, bricks or other construction
materials that are not wooden. The use of the machine
to cut other materials that are not wood can cause
severe personal damages.
Use this machine and its accessories according to
the instructions included in this instruction manual
always taking into account working conditions and
the work to be done. The use of this machine for
other jobs other than those described here can cause
severe personal damage to yourself and the people
surrounding you.
The manufacturer will not be liable in any case of
damages caused by the misuse of the machine as
stipulated in this instruction manual.
