OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
PROGRAM 7 – CARDIO TARGET – Defined by the user
If P7 is selected, the AGE / LOAD window displays "30" years and the HEART RATE
window displays P7. The other windows remain off.
Press ▲ or ▼to set the age. Press START / ENTER to save the desired age and to select
the next parameter.
The TIME window displays "10:00" minutes and the HEART RATE window displays P7.
The other windows remain off. Press ▲ or ▼
to set the desired time. Press START /
ENTER to save the desired time and to select the next parameter.
The HEART RATE window displays a maximum heart rate of "85"%. The other windows
remain off. Press ▲or ▼ to set the max. heart rate. Press START / ENTER to save the
desired maximum rate and to start the program.
If the heart rate is below the maximum frequency, the ▲ icon and the load level
number will flash in the LOAD window. The user must increase the resistance manually.
If the Heart Rate is below 60 ~ 75%, the ▼ icon and the load level number will flash in
the LOAD window. The user must decrease the resistance manually.
After manually adjusting the charge level, the LOAD window stops blinking. Within one
minute, if the heart rate does not reach the target, it will start blinking again until the
user adjusts the level manually.
If there is no heart rate signal, the HEART RATE window should blink continuously
until the signal is picked up.
The user must hold the heart rate sensors for the correct operation of the program.
SETTINGS PAGE
This control panel has the following configurable parameters.
1) Equipment model: Bicycle (bici)->Elliptical(EliP);
2) Total Distance;
3) Total Time;
4) Firmware Version.
Press and hold the STOP / RESET and START / ENTER keys simultaneously for 3 seconds
until the first Parameter (bici -> EliP) is shown on the SPEED window, press ▲ or ▼ to set
the equipment model and press START / ENTER to confirm and select the next
parameter.
The next step will show the total distance (accumulated distance or odometer) in the
distance window. Press START / ENTER to select the next parameter.
