The time target value flashes.

Press the ENTER button to switch to the next
function.

Press the UP button to set the target value for:
TIME, DISTANCE, STROKES, CALORIES or
PULSE.
•
Press the ENTER button to confirm the setting.
•
Press the button START button to begin.
•
After the target value is reached or when you
press the STOP button, the average value is
shown on the display.
•
During training, the computer continuously
measures the values for: TIME, DISTANCE,
STROKES, CALORIES or PULSE.
•
Press the button START button to begin.
RACE mode
L9 flashes on the display.
•
The TIME/500m display shows 4:00.
•
Press the UP or DOWN buttons to set the
difficulty level (L1-L15).
•
Press the ENTER button to confirm the setting.
•
The race distance flashes on the display.

The display shows the race simulation for
"USER" and "PC".

The race display stops when either you or the
