REQUIRED COMPONENTS
The foot can be attached to the socket with direct lamination or by using
one of the following options:
Lamination Connector Kit - see assembly instructions below.
Alignment Adapters - refer to Instructions for relevant alignment adapter.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Epoxy can cause allergic reactions when in direct contact with
body.
CAUTION: There may be a cutting hazard due to sharp edges or splinters
on the device.
Nike Soles
The device can be fitted with a Nike spike pad or Nike sole. Refer to
instructions for relevant sole/pad for assembly instructions.
Lamination connector
The lamination connector must be laminated directly onto the posterior
wall of the socket.
WARNING: Before starting, make sure to orient the lamination
connector the correct way. The shoulders of the inserts (marked with
arrow) should be oriented towards the socket (Figure 1 & 2).
1. Put the lamination connector in the middle third of the socket to
make height adjustment easier.
2. Make sure the socket surface is flat. A flat surface below the
lamination connector distributes the load from the foot evenly onto
the socket.
3. Use a friction pad between the lamination connecter and the foot.
4. Apply thread locker and torque bolts as shown in the table below.
