 If long hair or threads have become
wrapped around the brush, cut them
with the enclosed tool and remove dirt/
dust with the brush or a suitable cleaning
brush.
 Put the brush back into the opening.
 Press the brush frame back onto the
suction opening.
11.6. Cleaning wheels/drive
wheels
 Clean any dirt from the front wheel and
the drive wheels with a damp cloth.
 After cleaning, reattach the wheel to its
original position while applying slight
pressure.
12. Longer periods
without use
 Switch off the appliance. Press and hold
the button for approx. 3 seconds to
completely switch off the robot vacuum
and mop.
 If the robot is not in operation for a
longer period of time, fully charge the
battery, pull out the mains plug, clean
the appliance and store it in a dry place
protected from direct sunlight.

13. Troubleshooting
If the appliance malfunctions, the operating
light flashes red and a corresponding voice
output sounds.
The robot vacuum and mop features voice
output. Status and error messages are
indicated by voice output. These voice
outputs are not generally mentioned
separately in the user manual as they are self-
explanatory.
First, check whether you can remedy the
problem yourself using the following
overview.
 Never attempt to repair the robot
vacuum and mop or the dust collector
yourself. If repairs are required, contact
MEDION Service or another suitable
professional repair workshop.
