ASSEMBLY
CONNECTING THE THROTTLE AND SWITCH
1.
Remove the air filter cover.
2.
Thread the "adjusting nut" counterclockwise (clockwise) away from the end of the cable.
3.
Thread the "lock nut" counterclockwise (clockwise) away from the end of the cable.
4.
Slide the "throttle cable" in and through the "gap".
5.
Connect the end of the "throttle cable" to the "cable fixing accessory".
6.
Screw the "lock nut" clockwise (to the left) onto the clamping plate until it is flush with the "gap".
7.
Using a wrench, tighten the throttle "adjusting nut" until it snaps against the "lock nut" and the "stay".
8.
Connect the accelerator cables. The colors of the wires may or may not match, no matter how they are
connected.
MOUNTING THE HANDLE
Place the anti-vibration rubber and the two parts of the handle at the desired height and secure them with the four
bolts.
