Problem
The App cannot connect to the
appliance.
The voice control is not working.
My appliance performs actions
that I have supposedly deactivated.
The voice control device receives
and confirms the command, but
does not execute it.
Possible solution
Get closer to the router.
Check the WiFi signal frequency
Make sure you have picked the correct mode
according to the app instructions
Make sure the appliance is set to the connection
or pairing mode. Depending on the model a beep
will sound or an indication light will show.
Check if further action needs to be taken with the
remote or the control panel
Make sure your voice control device and the app
are compatible.
Make sure your voice control device and the app
are paired correctly.
Please note that the voice control may have some
pre-configured functions and that some actions
might not be controlled with this system.
Check the name that has been assigned to the
appliance.
Restart the appliance and the voice control device,
if available.
Make sure your voice control device does not have
any function activated that might intervene in
the control of the appliance. For example, if your
appliance is set to turn on at a certain time make
sure the timer is not activated.
