11. Place a new belt on the metal
axles and insert the axles
back into the brushrolls. Make
sure the washers are replaced
properly. Replace the cover
plate into the original place.
12. Make sure the cover plate is
replaced correctly as shown.
Loop the new belt around the
belt paths on the brushrolls.
The teeth of the belt and the
belt paths must align with
each other.
13. Hold both brushrolls with the
new belt assembled into place.
Carefully push them onto the
belt end cover. Make sure the
brushrolls are fully inserted
into the belt end cover.

14. Secure the belt end cover with
the two screws. Do not over-
tighten the screws.

15. Replace the brushroll
assembly into the nozzle
cover at the required angle
as shown. Loop the new belt
around the motor shaft and
the belt path on the brushroll.
The teeth of the belt and the
belt path must align with each
other. Make sure the washers
are replaced properly.
