5.2 Cleaning
Clean the product casing with a soft, clean cloth. If it is very dirty, you can clean it with a slightly
damp cloth. Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents. Never use a wet cloth to clean
the product.
Remove the collection tray and clean the inside with clean water. If you clean it with an abrasive
sponge or brush, it may cause scratches. Never remove the float in the collection tray. Clean
the outside with a cloth. After cleaning, properly replace the collection tray.
6. STORAGE
Store the product in a clean and dry place. Do not store the product in extreme high or extreme
low temperatures.
If the product is not going to be used for a long time:
1. Unplug and secure it at the back of the product.
2. Empty the collection tray and make sure it is clean and dry.
3. Clean the air vents.
4. Make sure the product is stored upright and avoid direct sunlight.
7. DISPOSAL AND RECYCLE
Think about the environment and contribute to a cleaner living environment! You can contact
your local council for all information on disposal options for discarded products.
7.1 Disposal
At the end of its life, do not dispose of the product with normal household waste,
but hand it in at a government designated collection point for recycling.
Dispose of the packaging and accessories in accordance with the environmental
regulations in force in your local council. Pay attention to the symbols on the
different packaging materials and - if necessary - dispose of them separately.
The packaging materials are marked with letters and numbers: 1-7: plastic, 20-22:
paper and cardboard, 80-98 composite materials.
7.2 Electric appliance
The symbol shown here with the crossed-out garbage can indicates that this
product is subject to European Directive (EU) 2012/19/EU. This directive states that
at the end of its service life, you must not dispose of this product with normal
household waste, but hand it in at a government designated collection point for
recycling.
