INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
When wall mounting the product, always check that there are no water,
gas or electrical cables/pipes within or behind the wall.
2.
Ensure the mains supply is switched off before commencing any electrical
installation.
3.
The electrical installation should be carried out in accordance with current
wiring regulations. If in doubt on any part, please seek advice from a
qualified electrician.
4.
Ensure your mains supply rating corresponds with that stated on the rating
label fixed to the hair dryer.
5.
The hair dryer is double insulated and does not require an Earth (ground)
connection.
6.
The hair dryer must be fixed so that the base unit and the hand held part,
when fully extended, is out of reach of a person taking a bath or shower.
7.
Connection of the unit to the electrical supply by fixed wiring should be
made with cable suitable for a 13A loading.
8.
When the unit is to be permanently connected to the fixed wiring, a suitable
means for all-pole disconnection (contact separation of at least 3mm)
should be incorporated (e.g. a switched fuse spur fitted with a 13A rated fuse)
WALL MOUNTED (external cable routing)

Remove the screw located at the bottom of
the holder as shown in Fig. 1, then remove the
cover.

Note: Use a spirit level to ensure the holder is
installed accurately.
Note: If fitting the product to plaster board with a
cavity behind then propriety wall fixings (not
supplied) will be required.
3.
Using an electric drill and a 6mm masonry bit,
drill holes at the marked points.
4.
Insert wall plugs.
5.
Align the holder to the holes and screw into
position.
6.
