These instructions have to be saved during the whole product life cycle.
We advise you to read these very carefully before proceeding to the assembly.
The user will be reliable for any damages or injuries caused due to incorrect or improper
installation.
1. BEFORE ASSEMBLY
Before installing your pull-down screen, please take in account the following information:
• Pull-down screens cannot be fitted under the crank handle on pergolas from the older
Ombrea collections with a hook crank or with the crank under the beamand not in the
box. For pergola models with a crank located on the beamin a box and is not a hook that
attaches to a ring, it will be possible to install an accessory.
• As the rail cannot be fixed to the wall of your house, it is not possible to install the pull-
down screen on the right or left side of wall-mounted pergolas.
• For Ombrea 3x3 and 3x6 pergolas purchased in 2020 and early 2021, the pull-down screen
can only be attached to only 1 side of the pergola (the side parallel to the crank) measuring
279cm. The perpendicular side measures 282cm. For Ombrea 3x4 pergolas purchased in
2020 and early 2021, the pull-down screen 3M will not fit.
Note that the pergola must be level to install the pull-down screen.
2. PRECAUTION OF USE
This product must not be used in severe weather conditions: storm, thunderstorms, strong
winds, hail, snow, etc. The pull-down screen must be folded away.
Do not let children play with the pull-down screen.
Do not lean against the pull-down screen.
No modifications may be made to the product. Products tampered with by the user are no
longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
3. WARRANTY
Ombrea pull-down screen carry a 2-year legal warranty from the date of purchase. The
warranty only applies if the instructions for storage, assembly, use and maintenance are
followed.
