OPERATION
1.
Prepare paper or card to be shredded by removing labels or any other foreign matter.

Turn the main switch to "ON "position

Press the swith to REV/FWD/Power position for your desired setting:
REV: Reverses shredding direction and reverses item out of the shredder in case of a jam.
FWD: Forward shredding direction and clears jammed paper in the shredder.
Power: During shredding, when an emergency occurs, press the blue LED SafePad,the
shredder will be cut off to prevent any possible injuries. It can be restarted quickly again by
pressing this switch.

Insert item to be shredded into the appropriate feed opening.
6.
The solid basket is for convenient disposal of content.
MAINTENANCE
1. Folding the pages will increase the thickness of the paper. Doing so may lead to exceeding the maximum
amount of pages the machine is able to shred, which will result in a paper jam.
2. By removing the waste basket, or if the waste basket is extracted, an automatic safety block will turn on and
the machine will not function.
3. If the waste basket has not entirely clicked into place, the automatic safety block will turn on and the machine
will not function.
4. The LED lamp
will blink during the shredding process.
5. A red blinking LED lamp
Close the waste basket until it completely clicks into place. The LED lamp will then stop blinking and the device
is ready for use.
6. In the event of having exceeded the maximum limit of paper insertable, the machine will shut down auto-
matically and the LED lamp
button, in order to remove the paper from the paper feed. Then push the FWD button to clean the paper feed.
7. In the event of overheating, the machine will shut down automatically and the LED lamp
until the device is ready to operate again.
8. The LED lamp
will light up red, if the waste basket is overfilled. On the waste basket, a blue light will
appear.
9. Please do not shred adhesive labels or, respectively, papers with adhesive stickers or labels, with this device.
It will cause the cutting blades to be gummed-up, which may lead to a malfunction of the device.
