Installing the Battery Packs
Main Battery Packs
The computer has two battery compartments
(

installed in the same way.
1. Slide the protective cover toward the
unlocked position. Then, flip open the cover.

as the example)
2. Noting the orientation, insert the battery
pack all the way into the compartment.
3. Use the ribbon strip to pull the battery's
locking latch toward the locked position
(
). The latch should click into place.
4. Close the cover and slide it toward the locked
position.
CAUTION: Make sure the cover is correctly locked,
not revealing the underneath red part.
Additional Battery Pack
X600 Pro models come with an additional battery
pack to be installed in the expansion unit.
The installation method is similar to that for the
main battery pack. The only difference is that
there are two ribbon strips. After the battery
pack is inserted, pull the left strip toward the
left and the right strip toward the right so that
the two latches click into the locked position.
NOTE: The additional battery pack alone
cannot be the power source for starting up the
computer.
