Possible Cause and Solution
The appliance is fitted with a detection system that protects it from damage by
balancing the load correctly in the drum before spinning. The appliance will:
•
Attempt to balance the load, and increase the spin duration.
•
Reduce the rotation speed to decrease vibration and noise.
•
Abort the spin if unsuccessful.
If this is experienced, pump out the water from the drum, open the door and
redistribute the clothes manually before trying again.
See Error 3 above and check the water has been pumped out of the
appliance.
Ensure a "no-spin" program was not selected.
Excessive detergent can affect the spin cycle, ensure the correct amount is
being used.
Ensure the appliance is completely level and if necessary, adjust the feet.
Ensure the transit screws, rubber bungs and spacer tubes were removed.
during installation.
Ensure there are no foreign objects inside the drum such as coins or keys.
