Battery care
When the battery gets low, a red LED light on the
sensor will blink 3 times. DIRIGERA hub and IKEA Home
smart app users can view battery status in the app and
receive notifications when the battery starts to run out.
Changing the battery
Open the battery lid and replace with a new AAA/HR03
battery.
Recommended battery type:
1 x IKEA LADDA 750 (AAA/HR03, 1.2V, 750mAh, Ni-MH)

Factory reset
To reset and remove all connected products, quick-
press the Pairing button 4 times within 5 seconds. A
LED light strip on the sensor will blink and then shine
continually once the reset is complete.
WARNING!
Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect
type. Dispose of used batteries according to the
instructions.
IMPORTANT!
• The sensor is for indoor use only and can be used in
temperatures ranging from 0ºC to 45ºC (32ºF to 113ºF).
• Do not leave the sensor in direct sunlight or near any
heat source, as it may overheat.
• The range between the sensor and the receiver are
measured in open air.
