7.2 Notice of cleaning cooker hood
A. To prot ect t he main body from corrosion over a long period of t ime, the cooker hood should be cleaned
w it h hot w at er plus non corrosive detergent every t w o mont hs.
B. Please do not use abrasive detergent for it w ill damage the body.
C. Keep t he mot or and ot her spare part s free from w at er, as t his w ill cause damage t o t he appliance.
D. Before cleaning t he appliance please remember t o cut off pow er
E. The carbon filter shouldn't be exposed t o heat .
F. Please don't t ear open t he fixed bar around t he carbon filt er
G. If t he plug or cord is damaged, please call an aut horised aft er sales service t o replace it .

Note: if the bulb is faulty, replace
immediately.
1. Disconnect from t he mains.
2. Remove prot ect ive glass.
3. Replace burnt out bulb(s).
4. Replace prot ect ive glass.

(9) SETTING UP AND CHANGING THE
ACTIVE CARBON FILTER
This syst em is used in locat ions w it hout duct ing t o the out side or w hen it is not possible t o inst all such
duct ing.
Disconnect t he machine from t he mains.
A. Remove met al filters.
B. The circular filt ers (Figure 2) are locat ed at eit her end of t he mot or. Turn t he carbon filt ers ant i-clockw ise
unt il they are unscrew ed.
C. Apply reverse procedure t o inst all t he carbon filt er.
W arning: the active carbon filter cannot be w ashed or recycled. It should be changed at least every four
months.
