each device.
Device control by voice commands
You can now use Google Home to control your smart
devices, using voice commands such as:
"Ok Google, activate/deactivate the Irrigator".
Note: The Hub must be installed in the muvit iO Home
application and the Irrigator must be linked to the Hub.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND/OR FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
1. What should I do if the device setup process has
failed?
•
Check that the irrigation system is turned on and
the LED is flashing as shown in the application.
•
Check if your mobile device is connected to a
2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, in the name of the Wi-Fi
network (SSID) you should not put "Plus" or "5G".
If in doubt you can contact your operator or our
technical support to verify the network.
•
Check if the devices connected to the router
reach the maximum allowed limit. Please try to
turn off the Wi-Fi function of some devices and
reconfigure the product.
•
Check if the wireless MAC filtering function of
the router is enabled. Remove the device from
the filter list and make sure that the router is not
prohibiting the Bluetooth Mesh Hub connection.
•
Make sure that the password of your Wi-Fi
network entered in the application is correct, to
do this go to the phone or tablet settings, click on
"Wi-Fi", select your network, give it to forget and
reconnect with the password of your network.
•
Make sure that the irrigation system is in pairing
mode: the LED should flash (see image in the app).
•
Repeat the configuration process.
