Safety Instructions

Risk of electrocution. Before use you should always test the voltage detector on a known live
circuit to verify proper operation of the meter
Double insulation
This meter has been designed with attention to safety, but the user must also take care to respect the
safety prescriptions described below.
Do not exceed the maximum values for current or voltage measurements.
Use extreme caution when working with voltages in excess of 25V AC rms. These voltages are considered a
shock hazard.
Never operate the device if the back panel or the cover of the battery or fuse compartment is not securely
in place.
