2. Press the "S" button to make the left grinding head
work, and press the "P" button to make the right grinding
head work (see Figure 2)
3. Coarseness can be adjusted by twisting the knobs on
the bottom of the mill. Twist the knobs clockwise to make
the grinds finer and counter-clockwise to make the grinds
coarser. Please note that over-twisting the knobs in either
direction may cause the mill to not function properly (see
Figure 3)
