If the regulator is fully turned to the right (MAX), the water will reach boiling
temperature.
Once the liquid comes to a boil, heating stops and automatically restarts
when the cooled contents reach a temperature of about 85° C.
The contents can be heated without reaching the boiling temperature by
setting the regulator to KEEP WARM, which keeps the heating temperature
at around 85°.
Further intermediate adjustments are possible by positioning the regulator
between MIN and KEEP WARM, and between KEEP WARM and MAX.
If the regulator is positioned all the way to the left (OFF), heating stops.
To heat the contents and hold the set temperature, the appliance can be
cyclically activated and deactivated. With the appliance active, the light
indicator on the regulator knob lights up red.
Always fill the container to a level of water between the minimum and
maximum notches.
Using oligomineral water may facilitate cleaning and possibly reduce
limescale in the pot body, whereas distilled water must never be used for
consumption by persons or animals.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The product does not require maintenance, understood as the replacement of
consumables or scheduled servicing. Operating conditions that could cause build-ups
inside the pot body do not normally exist, provided the appliance is filled strictly with
water. Avoid dirt build-ups, which can nonetheless be removed with a damp cloth,
which should also be used to clean the external parts.
Before any cleaning, always disconnect the power cord and wait for the appliance to
fully cool.
Always avoid aggressive detergents, abrasive sponges, steel wool or other chemical
cleaners. Any internal limescale build-up can be removed by boiling a solution of 200
ml white wine vinegar and 400 ml water. Turn the regulator to MAX and leave the
appliance running for one hour. At the end, discard the contents.
