1. Handlebar mounting
Remove the 4 screws and the front protection from
the handlebar fixing point and fit it.
Align the fixing point of the handlebar with the screws
vertically and screw.
2. Front fender assembly
Align the headlight bracket and the hole in the fender
bracket with the hole in the front fork. Use the bolts to
guide them through the hole in the bracket.
Place the nut on the bolt and tighten it clockwise. Then
align the fender bracket with the hole in the lower part of
the front fork and tighten the bolt clockwise.
3. Mounting the front wheel
Put the wheel on the fork. Install the wheel quick
release onto the front wheel hub making sure the hub
is between the quick release springs. Slightly turn the
quick release nut (do not overtighten). Place the front
wheel quick release lever in a horizontal position,
tighten the quick release nut, and close the front
wheel quick release as shown in the figure.
4. Assembly of the front basket
Align the 4 holes in the basket with the 4 holes in the
handlebar tube, then tighten the bolts.
