General maintenance
• Prior to every use, check the appliance
for obvious defects such as loose, worn
or damaged parts.
Wall mounting
You can hang the device on the wall using
the attachment (13) on the bottom of the
device.
1. Using dowels, place one screw at the
desired position on a wall.
The screw head can have a diameter
of 7 - 10 mm.
Leave the screw head protruding at a
distance of approx. 10 mm from the
wall.
2. You can suspend the device from the
screw using the opening on the bottom.
When drilling, be careful not to
damage any supply lines. use sui-
table search devices to find these
or consult an installation plan for
guidance. contact with electrical
cables can lead to electric shock
and fire, contact with a gas pipe
can result in an explosion. Damage
to a water pipe can lead to proper-
ty damage and electric shock.
Storage
• For storage, you can remove the blo-
wer pipe (1) from the motor housing (3)
(see corresponding installation instruc-
tions in the "Start-up" section).
Store the device in a dry place well
out of reach of children.
Disposal and protection
of the environment
Remove the battery from the device and re-
cycle the device, battery, accessories and
packaging in an environmentally-friendly
manner.
Instructions on how to dispose of the re-
chargeable battery can be found in the se-
parate instruction manual for your battery
(and charger).
Do not dispose of electrical devices
as domestic waste.
In accordance with the EU directive
2012/19/EU on waste electrical and elec-
tronic equipment and its implementation in
national law, used electrical devices must
be collected separately for disposal and re-
cycled in an environmentally sound manner.
Alternative to returning the device:
If not sending back the electrical device,
its owner is instead obliged to cooperate
with its proper recycling in the event of a
change in ownership. The old device can
be handed over to a collection facility
which will dispose of it in compliance with
the national circular economy and waste
legislation.
this does not affect accessories enclosed
with the old devices or tools without any
electrical components.
• Hand over the device at an utilization
location. The plastic and metal parts
employed can be separated out and
thus recycled use can be implemented.
Ask our Service-Center for details.
Defective units returned to us will be
disposed of for free.
• Throw the dry leaves on the compost.
Do not throw it in the normal household
waste.
