If necessary, unplug the AUX cable 12 from the AUX-in jack 2 .
Switch the product off and on again and increase the volume.

Check to see if the product was detected by the playback
device.
Check to see if the playback device has detected and connected
to any other devices with Bluetooth
No music playback via Bluetooth
Error operating the product.
Check to see if the AUX cable 12 is still inserted into the AUX-in
jack 2 , if it is remove it.
If the product is switched on, turn it off and on again.
Press and hold the
connection to the playback device.
Increase the volume on the playback device.
