CLEANING AND CARE
1. Turn off the microwave and unplug the power cord from the
wall when cleaning.
2. Keep the inside of the microwave clean. When food
splatters or spilled liquids adhere to the microwave walls,
wipe with a damp cloth. Mild detergents can be used if the
microwave gets very dirty. Avoid using spray or other strong
cleaners. They can stain, scratch or dull the surface of the
door.
3. The exterior of the microwave should be cleaned with a
damp cloth. To prevent damage to the operating parts inside
the microwave, water must not be allowed to seep into the
ventilation openings.
4. Wipe the door and window on both sides, door seals, and
adjacent parts frequently with a damp cloth to remove any
spills or spatters. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
5. Do not let the control panel get wet. Clean with a soft,
damp cloth. When cleaning the control panel, leave the
microwave door open to prevent the microwave from being
turned on accidentally.
6. If steam accumulates in or around the microwave door,
wipe with a soft cloth. This can occur when the microwave
is operated under high humidity conditions. And it's normal.
7. Sometimes it is necessary to remove the glass tray to clean
it. Wash the tray in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher.
8. The rotating ring and the base of the microwave must be
cleaned regularly to avoid excessive noise. Simply clean the
bottom surface of the microwave with a mild detergent. The
rotating ring can be washed in mild soapy water or in the
dishwasher. When removing the roller ring, be sure to replace
it in the correct position.
9. Remove odors from your microwave by combining a cup of
water with the juice and rind of one lemon in a microwave-
safe bowl. Turn it on for 5 minutes. Clean well and dry with
a soft cloth.
10. If the bulb burns out, contact customer service to replace
it.
11. The microwave should be cleaned regularly and food
deposits removed. If the microwave is not kept clean, the
surface could deteriorate, which could negatively affect the
life of the unit and lead to a dangerous situation.
12. You can never dispose of this appliance in the household
waste; it must be carried in the private disposal center
provided by the municipalities.
